Residential Masterplan

The Netherlands

This project is a redevelopment of an industrial site to burst new life into the area with tiny forests, a big lake, and the construction of 150 houses. The residential master plan focuses on sustainability and healthy living.

  • The master plan aims to house a mix of different target groups that strengthen the social cohesion within the surrounding municipality. Through climate adaptive practices, circular materials, strengthening local ecology, and social sustainability, this plan stimulates the surroundings to continue making the living environment more sustainable. This makes a positive contribution to the ambition for a climate-neutral environment.
