Neva Towers

The project is planned to be a part of the Moscow International Business Center, built on a territory of 2.41 hectares by Renaissance Construction. C Concept Design was pleased to be involved in the architectural design of the exterior facade, retail plinth, and residential showroom.

Focusing on residential and other mixed-use functions, the project offers comfort through quality design while providing astonishing views of the city. The towers have a variety of leisure activities, retail, and food and beverages.  The project’s first tower, of 63 floors, is put into operation in 2019, while the second one, of 77 floors, is expected in 2020.
