In designing this project, CCD is considering the drastic ways the meaning of an office has changed in the past decade, and especially in the past year. The project will integrate well-being in balance with productivity to create a design that sets the tone for the future of the work environment.

The project is located in the ‘Kronenburg Uilenstede’ area, a focus for the municipality’s efforts to revitalize Amstelveen. CCD is excited to be a part of the extensive urban development that will bring new life to the area.

In addition to bringing a dynamic new space to the ‘Kronenburg Uilenstede’ area, the project will emphasize communal facilities and large open areas. The building will be designed to facilitate productive interactions between small and large tenants sharing the space. The Cube itself will offer an organic and growing network for its tenants.
