Zuidplein Shopping Centre Extension

With more than 165 shops and catering units and 1,700 parking spaces, Zuidplein Shopping Center (Rotterdam) is one of the largest covered shopping centers in the Netherlands, right in the heart of the Hart van Zuid area development. The existing shopping center will undergo a major makeover in the coming years. A major expansion is also planned. The makeover and expansion will start in early 2021 and will be completed by summer 2022.

The expansion of the shopping center will be connected to the existing shopping center and will have an entrance at the new Hart van Zuid bus terminal. Naturally, the parking facilities for bicycles and cars will also be considerably expanded.

We, at C Concept Design, are even more excited since we made the initial studies for the shopping center extension and we can’t wait to see the end result
