CCD provided a high-quality and sustainable design for a new office complex on a 0.89 ha site located in the city of Dar es Salaam. This high-rise building will include 125,000 m² of flexible office space suitable for multiple clients.
The building will contribute to the creation of a dynamic skyline of Dar es Salaam. The higher levels will have spectacular views of the bay of Dar es Salaam. The building will provide a new hub for the quickly expanding business district.
