C Concept Design was commissioned to provide design solutions for two landmark buildings in the historic core of Amsterdam. The project reimagines office spaces as high-end residential promoting healthy lifestyles centered around fitness and wellness. Multiple options were designed for a variety of programs including office, residential, retail, and multi-purpose. The focus of the program is a deluxe inner-city residential building with roof gardens, gym facilities, and a spa. The building also offers dedicated parking, an essential asset in urban Amsterdam.
